I wonder if mark is subconsciously holding back his punches or if he is truly very weak so far. Probably some of both but I'm concerned about future fights with vilrumites.

with how he fought at the start of the season against those viltrumites compared to her, i think she was just stronger

Little bit of both. He mentions containing the rage within the episode, but Anissa is also mentioned to be stronger than Nolan was on Earth. Mark is definitely weaker, but considering he had an 18% chance to survive/win the fight, I think we can see he's a lot stronger than he used to be.

Faster, not necessarily stronger. My guess is around/slightly above Nolan level in terms of Viltrumite?

Honestly, I think a lot of this depends on how much he was holding back/taking it easy on Earth. I wouldn't be shocked at all to learn that Nolan was vibing for most of his time there. She's compared to Nolan as we knew him on Earth, so it would not shock me if she's stronger than Nolan (vibing) but weaker than Nolan (actually giving a shit).

Nolan apparently struggled with the Kaiju, so the GDA should have some metric on Nolan's true power.

My biggest caveat on that is that yes, he struggled with the Kaiju, but he also seemed to struggle with Immortal in the same fight. I assumed he was pretty fatigued and worn out by the time he finally beat the brakes off of Mark. I'd imagine he was moving fast and fighting hard, but as he grew more willing to unleash his power he also grew more fatigued.

This matches for me in the sense that yeah, I think Anissa could probably beat a worn out Nolan. No way she beats a Nolan trying his best from fresh health, like on Thraxa.
