Question:

Nuelzot claims that the journey to Earth took “most of his life”. Most meaning over 50%. Yet he was able to make the trip back without (visibly) aging at all. So was that just another one of his lies?

It still is even if he's asking a question, otherwise why did you not answer fully?

People can converse about the show and ask questions without asking for information from beyond the show.
