Mid 20s, and I still have my learners (I renew it every two years).
The thing is that my city has a pretty decent public transport system, and I love to walk and bike everywhere. It's nowhere near as good as say, Japan or many places in Europe, but I've never really had any major problems with it, my only issue being that it doesn't run well past 12 midnight.
My city is slowly leaning towards continually improving our transit system alongside housing, and I am all for it.
I'll still probably get my driver's license, because I like to kayak, fish, and shoot, but for 95% of what I do, I can get along fine with bus and skytrain.
