Given how Fetterman has turned out, this is not the ringing endorsement he's making it out to be.

OOTL, wasn’t Fetterman popular/well-liked?

He's not turned out to be the Democrat many people expected him to be. Doesn't support free trade, criticized Biden for withholding arms to Israel while also claiming the US shouldn't be the world's policeman, weirdly supports a ban on any lab-grown meats, wants to beef up security at the southern border.

Not outrageously off the beaten path, but people had much higher hopes for him within the party to be outspoken and fierce like AOC, but he's turned out to be pretty underwhelming with what appear to be some contradictory policy positions bordering on isolationism except when it happens to serve his interests.
