In their defense, it takes time to craft the wording so Trump has immunity without making Biden a King.

Biden winning in 2020 is literally the only reason we are here.

Had trump won again, all this would have been a fait accompli.

No that's not it. They're waiting. If Biden wins, then of course there's no immunity. If Trump wins, they will wait till January 20 to grant him absolute immunity as he's sworn in.

Presidents have immunity for official acts, we leave it up to lower courts to spend months- years figuring out what that means, see you all next year around this time
