The fact that he, an ex-President, is in court AT ALL is proof he’s currently being held accountable for his actions. Not to mention his historic loss in 2020 as the incumbent. Guys like Trump want everyone to think they’re untouchable because it seeds hopelessness. Don’t give them the satisfaction of wearing you down!
