Tell me what row is fake the top or the bottom.

It has the shape of those orange covered ibuprofen, but it’s dark turquoise, and has no inscription on it. Identical on both sides.

I tried scratching my nail against it and got some of the top coat under my nail but didn’t explore further as I’d rather look it up before hand.

I found it on the floor at my work and brought it home out of curiosity, I questioned if it was fentanyl as we’ve smelt fentanyl from our bathrooms, but there wasn’t any pictures (on google) that really looked like it (there was maybe one picture?). I’ve tried some of the basic pills like adderall, Xanax and Valium, briefly but that’s about it, so I really don’t know what I’m looking at or how to figure out what it is without the inscription

Guys this sounds absolutely fucking crazy but they perfected the fake m 30s, I've been grabbing what I thought to be real 30s for like a 6 month period, and I have other old lady plugs too, finally decided to compare my boys with the old lady's who I know gets a script of them, and what I noticed was the thickness was off from the ones from my boys, the colors exactly on fucking point, everything is but one's thicker then other.. look at these pics for comparison, a lot of my old lady's have gotten some of the 30s from my boy as well and had no problem but what made me even question this is on I'm on probation and have a script for oxys so I can test positive my po told me I've been testing positive for another opiate, that's what made me question this, look at these pics you'll trip out, idk if it's fent their putting in these pills or what it is but what the fuck....
