3 non shooters in the starting lineup im not sure how they are contenders with that trade.

He's a below average 3pt shooter when it comes to guards. Not bad, but not average either

He can shoot about league average on volume.  Hes not a good shooter but hes good enough defenses have to respect it so for spacing purposes he counts as a shooter.  I also think that being surrounded by a better team in new orleans will help his efficiency

35% from deep is the minimum. Though I would also say they need to be able to hit it from above the break or have at least 5 attempts a game
