Murray Herb Trey Zion - I like that

Gotta figure out the 5 spot, but that's a lot of size and defensive versatility and allows Zion to be the guy on offense with space and Dejounte will be really good at attacking a scrambled defense after Zion has already punctured it.

More likely CJ moves to a 6th man role, which I think is perfect for him. BI goes somewhere else (soon hopefully)

He doesn't fit the timeline, so yes he should be traded.

McCollum is still a 20ppg scorer but he's already 32 and the Pelicans aren't really expected to compete for anything higher than the 7th seed next season. Trading him for picks and salary cap relief should be what the Pelicans are targeting.
