It's not even about Grimes tbh, mostly just Dallas getting rid of THJ salary

Yup. Grimes can do literally nothing and it’s worth it. We get to resign DJJ because of this trade.

Anything we get from Grimes is icing.

So far what's worked for us is having guys with amazing defense and meh offense, and then Luka force-feeds them open 3s so they shoot at least 30% and it works out.

Well Grimes is a high 30’s shooter so the fit is very nice.

Grimes has good defense but tends to disappear on offense outside of taking open 3s so that should work just fine
