The logo is not protected so pretty much worthless. Moreover all coconut farms use monkeys for the really tall threes. So it is impossible for the factory to know the monkey status on each coconut.

I had never heard of monkey labour before so I looked it up after this comment.

Honestly, it looks like a great idea. I support monkey labour. I mean, as long as the monkeys are taken care of. I suspect the conditions aren't great for some of them.

There are some varieties of tea that are regularly harvested by trained monkeys. At my local tea shop they have "monkey picked" right in the name of the product.

It's just the name. Monkey-picked tea is not actually picked by monkeys.
