Personally I prefer milk for cooking but try both ways if you haven't. Make sure not to use monkey labour either way though, they're not the most hygienic for food prep

The monkeys retrieve the coconuts. They don't work the production line.

Yeah, they do. I've been to the coconut farms, seen it with my own eyes. It's monkeys all the way down. Monkeys climb the trees. Monkeys drive the forklifts, run the grinders, operate the centrifuge. There's only one human there, a guy named Joe. His whole job is to stir creamer and sugar into the monkeys coffee, since they lack the opposable thumbs to grab the little stirrer sticks.

Joe is actually a multimillionaire from his early years commodity trading, he does what he does for the love of the job.

It makes sense that it's an unpaid position. The monkeys in charge of payroll are always clueless.
