Is coconut cream the same as cream of coconut? I wanted to make pina coladas but this stuff here is all I could find. Please forgive my ignorance

No Cream of coconut is basically coconut flavored syrup. Your drink will be remarkably less sweet and full of thick particles of fat that won’t dissolve if you use coconut cream. 

Cream of coconut is one of those 50s products made for tiki drinks. BevMo or online.

I would say cream of coconut is more like sweetened condensed milk. It's better for drinks and desserts.
