Update on our rescue, Daisy

Post image

When we pulled Daisy from the shelter, she had just had eye surgery because her eye erupted. Her sutures came out today, but sadly the other eye has to be removed as well.

She is scheduled for surgery Wednesday morning, and a possible spay, if she handles anesthesia well. Her foster mom has been doing an amazing job caring and loving her during these rough times💗 I post updates daily here, and on our Facebook rescue page.

One of our cats is blind. Probably since birth as she was a blind when we got her out of the backyard as a kitten. Doesn't bother her a bit, she can even go up and down stairs. She just walks until she bumps into something, turns, and keeps going.

I call her our little Roomba.
