This would be highly illegal coming directly from Trump’s campaign. Not so much from a SuperPAC or unaffiliated (officially) supporters. And it’s a veiled threat — simply “Trump will be notified”. And it doesn’t say for whom to vote, that’s just implied. A generic “we’re watching”. However, these supporters have no access to individual voting records to make good on that — not legally anyway.

I remember seeing videos before the last election where people at street corner rallies were like “we’ve got your license plate. You better vote for Trump.” Needless to say, that somehow magically wasn’t voter suppression.
