With you saying machine gun was expecting her walk out with M249 or something

u/MsNinasPerspective 5d ago

She still walked out with something!

Messing with an angry lady with a whole ass gun in her hands is the last thing you will do in your life

129

u/MsNinasPerspective 5d ago

Exactly lol , she was not playing. She saved that man’s life

46

u/OtherwiseAMushroom 5d ago

With a strut like that hell no I wouldn’t mess with that lady.

21

u/MsNinasPerspective 5d ago

😂 she’s ready for any and everything that comes her way. She has no fear

Story time: being a young white kid, growing up as a military brat gave me a sense of reality that tended to be unrealistic majority of the time in the areas we moved to, And made me super naïve when it came to personal experience versus everybody’s experience, I was really into paint ball as a kid , and dummy me thought My best friend would like to come along on one of my matches on the weekend because we always did a couple of rounds of free for all, I stupidly thought him and his sister would’ve played paintball before because in the area that both of us were in, it was kind of a big thing, and knowing his own dad, he loved that stuff, so here we are on the field getting ready for our first match and both he and sister admit to me they’ve never done this before and we’re super nervous, my response was well you “have no mercy” and act like you need to be there, me and him then proceeded to watch his sister strut out like this, and this girl who not but five minutes before told me she’s never touched a paintball gun let alone had any experience of shooting, demolishes the other team with a strut like this, I mean, at the end of it even I was like “the audacity this other team came against her my God what were they thinking?” Even the other team was blown away that was her first match. I knew right then if a woman is coming at you with a strut like that, you better fucking run or pray to what ever gods/goddesses/god you believe in that you ain’t the one she’s coming after.

u/digitalwankster 5d ago

She actually almost got them both killed but luckily the 2 guys who pulled up weren’t about that life. You can tell from how she was holding that AK she has very little experience.

2

u/MsNinasPerspective 5d ago

When you’re in fight or flight mode you’re more than likely not thinking about that. You’re just thinking about saving the person you’re trying to save to be honest

What if she only had a half gun?

2

u/PmMeSmileyFacesO_O 5d ago

Then it would be half assed

1

u/onefst250r 4d ago

Half-ass gun or half ass-gun though?

5

u/Sufficient_Rub_2014 5d ago

I’m guessing she would have missed every shot by the way she was holding it. Gotta use a shotgun for hip fire action!

2

u/No-Definition1474 5d ago

Hey she prolly had 30 tries at least!

0

u/Sufficient_Rub_2014 5d ago

Good point!! Although accuracy gets worse due to recoil. She probably be shooting straight up at sky by the 30th round.

2

u/The_Queef_of_England 5d ago

My bf doesn't appreciate my ass gun, whole or halved.

1

u/Boonie_Fluff 5d ago

Explain to us what an ass gun is

1

u/onefst250r 4d ago

Eat some taco bell and you'll find out.

1

u/Boonie_Fluff 4d ago

Oh so it's the same as a butt rocket?

1

u/IcyAlienz 5d ago

ass gun

Hmmm

1

u/Terrh 4d ago

yeah but this would've been 100% ridiculous if she had an actual machine gun, which is what I was hoping for.

1

u/327Federal 5d ago

Much better than a half ass gun for sure

1

u/lipp79 5d ago

As opposed to a half ass gun?

110

u/Less_Refuse_6006 5d ago

Yeah, but where do they get off calling it a machine gun? Absolutely nothing to indicate it was a machine gun. I got all excited to see her lay down suppressive fire or something. For all we know now, it may as well have been a squirt gun.

I love that this image is still so accurate despite being at least 10 years old.

24

u/Bass_Thumper 5d ago

It actually has an error, the gun on the bottom right is a flint glock.

2

u/MechanicalViking 5d ago

"I love musket balls and my flintlock glock" - Captain Dan 2006

3

u/3-orange-whips 5d ago

That’s pretty funny

u/Chidori_Aoyama 5d ago

not knowing their asses from a hole in the ground. The people who write these things don't know which end the bullets go into and which end they come out of.

The ATF defines a machine gun as any firearm able to shoot more than one projectile with a single trigger pull. This means anything from a Glock with a switch to an m240B is defined as a machine gun by the ATF.

2

u/BonnieMcMurray 4d ago

The ATF's definition of "machine gun" is a lot broader than just that. For example, a Glock with a switch is a machine gun, as you say. But if you take that switch out and throw the Glock away, you still have a machine gun, because the ATF defines the switch as one in and of itself.

1

u/pumpkin_seed_oil 5d ago

I had to look that up

You right

1

u/BonnieMcMurray 4d ago

They're not right. That is to say, that is a correct ATF definition, but it's not the correct definition, because there isn't one single definition. The ATF has four distinct ones, as listed in your link.

This piece of plastic, for example, is legally a machine gun (per the third definition).

1

u/Less_Refuse_6006 3d ago

The ATF once decided a shoe string was a machine gun.

2

u/Gyvon 5d ago

Looked like an AK variant or knockoff to my untrained eye, but it almost certainly was semi-auto only

1

u/JonatasA 5d ago

Suppressive fire LOL

She could have mounted it on the balcony. Spray and pray.

1

u/BonnieMcMurray 4d ago

JFC, stop with this pedantic garbage!

Sometimes the worst part of being "into guns" (if you can call competition shooting that) is having to suffer the nonsense that comes out of the mouths of other people who are "into guns".

1

u/FascistsOnFire 5d ago

Are you saying rather than a gun capable of going full auto, you were expecting her to come out with a Browning?

1

u/Less_Refuse_6006 3d ago

I was expecting to see something indicating a gun capable of automatic fire. Machine gun, sub machine gun, machine pistol, mini gun, etc. Something going brrrrrrrrt. We barely even get to see it, and it's never fired. For all we know, it's a squirt gun. When you tell me she's got a machine gun, I want to see a machine gun.

0

u/MsNinasPerspective 5d ago

So, she still came out and was going to lay some fire in they ass or perhaps some “Water Squirts” who knows 🤷🏽‍♀️

2

u/Less_Refuse_6006 5d ago

Yeah, your focusing on the fact she came out, I couldn't care less about that. I'm here because I wanted to see some machine gun action. I don't even care which side has them, It's just always funny to watch civilians try to use them.

2

u/MsNinasPerspective 5d ago

Unfortunately you’re not going to see it

12

u/fordlover5 5d ago

Not a machine gun though.

-1

u/Whitestrake 5d ago

Legally, a rifle that is designed to shoot fully automatic is a machine gun.

Nobody calls it that though, and honestly, it's not very likely to be full auto anyway.

3

u/fordlover5 5d ago

False sir it is not, legally classified under US law, a machine gun is any gun that fires more than 1 shot per action of the trigger.

I sell gun parts and accessories for a living.

2

u/Whitestrake 5d ago

Is a rifle that's designed to shoot fully automatic not "a gun that fires more than 1 shot per action of the trigger"?

I'm not arguing with you on the specific meaning, but I don't think you're right when you say my statement is false. Here's the definition I'm operating on:

The term “machinegun” means any weapon which shoots, is designed to shoot, or can be readily restored to shoot, automatically more than one shot, without manual reloading, by a single function of the trigger.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/definitions/uscode.php?width=840&height=800&iframe=true&def_id=26-USC-1808133223-1565660032&term_occur=999&term_src=title:26:subtitle:E:chapter:53:subchapter:B:part:I:section:5845#:~:text=The%20term%20%E2%80%9Cmachinegun%E2%80%9D%20means%20any,single%20function%20of%20the%20trigger.

-3

u/fordlover5 5d ago

No, not always. An AR for example, it is designed to shoot more than one shot per action of the trigger. For civilians this feature is taken away.

Thus making it a machine gun.

Or a browning M2, which was designed for full auto only, you can purchase a semi auto converted one from a parts kit and it is not classified as a machine gun.

I would say you know very little about guns at all.

6

u/Whitestrake 5d ago

The law says "any weapon which shoots, is designed to shoot, or can be readily restored to shoot".

I think legally speaking what happens when you remove that feature is that you are changing the design not to shoot fully automatic.

3

u/fordlover5 5d ago

"can readily be restored to shoot". There is several things that make it not so, you cannot just take a full auto parts kit and install it into one of these AK or ARs.

Contrary to popular belief, there is a lot of stuff to prevent this. Such as on an ar, the trigger pocket has a different cut which you would need to machine out, then you need to take a 3rd pin jig, drill, and install different lpk, also likely replace bolt carrier.

On this ar, it to is not readily convertible. Needs a different rivet pattern, another hole, and a different lpk. Also often a different bolt assembly.

This goes deeper, cause you need to understand the definition of readily convertible for the particular firearm that you are referring too. I know several FFL SOTs who are licensed to turn semi auto into full auto.

I suggest that if you want to mis inform people on a US law that your misinformation and or misinterpretation could cause someone up to 10 years in prison, you learn something about it.

"Readily convertible" is when you can slap in a parts kit without doing any major modifications.

You cannot legally possess a 3rd pin lower without NFA approval, or being an SOT. Or any other receiver or firearm classified under the readily convertible thing.

u/Whitestrake 5d ago

"can readily be restored to shoot". There is several things that make it not so, you cannot just take a full auto parts kit and install it into one of these AK or ARs.

I'm in full agreement. A (Colt) AR-15 is not a machine gun. A semi-automatic AK is not a machine gun. Do you think I'm saying it is?

These guns are not designed to shoot fully automatic, cannot be "readily converted", and are therefore don't qualify - that's what I'm saying.

Only a rifle which is designed to shoot fully automatic counts. "A rifle designed to shoot fully automatic is a machine gun" was my original claim. M16 rifle = "legally classified as a machine gun". AR-15 = not legally a machine gun. Are you saying that's wrong?

I suggest that if you want to mis inform people on a US law that your misinformation and or misinterpretation could cause someone up to 10 years in prison, you learn something about it.

Where's my misinterpretation, exactly? What have I said that's incorrect?

An AR for example, it is designed to shoot more than one shot per action of the trigger.

The original ArmaLite AR-15 is, but civilian AR-15s are not. You're literally explaining this to me at the start of your comment. I'm confused about exactly what you think I'm trying to argue and what you're trying to correct me on. I feel like we actually have the same understanding, except that you're trying to pull me up on wording that isn't actually incorrect.

3

u/fordlover5 5d ago

Oh yessir. I know get your point. Sorry. I'm cranky as hell after having to put up with stuff and I understood you to be arguing that the shown ak is an MG. Sorry

Draco

1

u/MsNinasPerspective 5d ago

Was that it? Cause she was about to Draco they ass

3

u/Miss_Smokahontas 5d ago

Ak 47 Pistol. They have very shitty aim and range but will fuck you up.

1

u/MsNinasPerspective 5d ago

The goal is the “ will fuck you up” part lol

2

u/Miss_Smokahontas 5d ago

Agreed. I prefer AR15s, I have 2. Accurate and will fuck you up 😊. But those Dracos or the popular gun of choice in the streets. They're dangerous because people shooting them usually shooting all over the place because they can't really aim them and makes it really easy to hit innocent bystanders.

Definitely wouldn't recommend one for self defense.

2

u/MsNinasPerspective 5d ago

Ohhh yea I can imagine how innocent people will be a victim of that because of the lack of control I get it.

1

u/Miss_Smokahontas 5d ago

Yeah they got a lot of kick to them shooting 7.62mm rounds with a pistol grip and no butt stock to help stabilize it. So the gun is all over the place on recoil.

2

u/MsNinasPerspective 5d ago

We need more people like you to educate us on guns cause at the end of the day I feel like we all need one

2

u/Miss_Smokahontas 5d ago

Glad to help! ❤️

u/Great_cReddit 5d ago

Yeah, I never understood the allure of a stockless AK for the streets. I mean, I'm going with a AR pistol over a Draco any day of the week. Both are dumb IMO but you'll have a lot less recoil with the AR. I mean if they want the best of both worlds then just get a P90 and call it a day.

2

u/Miss_Smokahontas 5d ago

Same reason people drive boat cars with 28" rims with candy wrapper paint jobs. People get dumb shit because it's popular and a status symbol.

Forgot she still had the vibrator in her hands
