Oh, that would be nice. 20 and 29 year old are brother and sister, and the little kids are just his, or additional siblings.

…but I doubt it

If it's a picture for their grandparents, then it's still a family portrait.

My parents have grandkids ranging from: gonna be born by the end of the year - 24/25. We do a lot of grandkid only portraits, so maybe? (I’m gonna believe this instead)

Was thinking the same. The way they pose doesn't really give off the mom-dad-kids family vibe. Also the woman and man look like they could be close relatives, either siblings or cousins.
