Yeah! Depending on your Patreon level, you might be lucky enough to have Steve Shell or Cam DM some of your games! (I haven't used that yet, I haven't been able to convert enough people to the podcast or game. But it is an option!)
(I went looking, because I was I was curious.) Yes, according to here: https://www.montecookgames.com/old-gods-of-appalachia-rpg-screen-reader-friendly-text/ They might have the dice by themselves but I wouldn't be surprised if they were just in the bundle. I think because the game itself is so new - it's live since like... 2022, so I guess they're seeing what merch works?
