You should look at the some of the games that have overwhelmingly positive reviews on steam. They are the ones that aren’t highly mediocre or bad.

Steam has a solid review system and steam tags reviews as refunded for people who refunded the game. Also shows their playtime. And people can vote and award reviews.

Xbox, however, does have a horribly broken joke of a review system.

just read a review on steam that said

"5 out 10 can't give a game angry joe said was bad a good review"

ya man totally legit

Cool. I bet the other 10s of thousands of reviews fit your bias as well and are not, you know, a reflection of reality.

It’s a mediocre game. I played it. 5/10 is a solid score for it. I played it before reading any reviews and still would have given it a 5/10.

its a fantastic game, as most of the actual reviews have stated

probably the 2nd best so far this generation

" not on Playstation 1 out 10" lol

2nd best game of this generation and it didn’t even crack a nomination for GOTY? Lmao. There’s debate over whether this was even the best xbox game this year

Yeah and it’s pretty telling Starfield didn’t even get a nomination, great single player games have always been nominated

You are allowed to like it. But it’s a janky disjointed mess running on dated systems not able to handle the vision they had for the game. It’s an objectively mediocre game.

lol

the irrational hatred for this game from a certain group is wild, im sure it comes from a place of no bias

I don’t hate the game. I’m glad people are having fun. I’m just disappointed I can’t have fun, and people keep gaslighting me into thinking it’s a great game.

There is the top review on steam. 100 hours played. No refund. 1700 upvotes. Not a word about PlayStation or angry Joe. You are denying reality.

I will never deny starfield was a smashing financial success. But games like destiny 2 and cyberpunk were financial home runs too on release. It wasn’t until a few days/weeks passed that people realized they were bad games that needed a lot of work.

This is why the reviews for starfield are trending downwards. And why there are already more people still playing Skyrim than starfield on steam.

They just missed the mark and made a bad one. It’s not the end of the world.

hmm Cyberpunk is bad? thats not the current impression im geting

ur all over the place, kinda like user reviews

Starfield was amazing, 300 hours in its time for me to move on!

Cyberpunk was a complete disaster on launch. It took them 3 years to finish the game after release. PlayStation issued refunds and pulled it from the store which is almost unheard of for them.

It was still a massive financial success. Marketing sells big games, not quality.

I love cyberpunk 2077 and I can still call it a horrible game on launch. Starfield isn’t horrible, just horribly mediocre.

Again I’m glad you had fun, I loved Too Human on Xbox 360. But it was an objectively terrible game. I still put hundreds of hours into it.

Cyberpunk bad

Starfield bad

I'm assuming spider man 2 good? lol

I don’t own a PlayStation. I have never played Spider-Man so I would not be able to offer my opinion. I play on Xbox and pc.

Are you young? You keep putting words in my mouth, and arguing dishonestly and by using fallacious arguments. I think cyberpunk is an incredible game now, after 3 years. It was a bad game on launch.
