Fuck that. I'm there to piss. If I have to stand next to someone, so be it. All I'm doing is peeing and staring at the wall anyway.

I do exactly the same, except stare at the wall. I maintain eye contact with my piss neighbor. Once in awhile I'll look down and just go "healthy".
