Exactly.

Just like when you see a kid at the urinal (with or without his dad/male guardian) and the kid's pants are around his ankles. It's a normal thing that happens in a public restroom. Do not acknowledge it and do not make eye contact with either party.

I went to a urinal with a classmate and I did the same joke:

My classmate was like

If they look at me weird I just pull down my trousers and pants and sit in the lower urinal while making a really loud "AAAAaaaahhhh" sigh and maintaining full eye-contact. Then if he still doesn't stop staring I guess I'd drop a deuce in there while pissing with my little man over the side and see what he thinks about that shit.
