Left is November 3rd at 132.6 lbs and right is March 1st at 119.6 lbs. Starting weight was 140 in October and goal weight is 110lbs 😩 I have been working soo hard and am having trouble recognizing if it looks like 13 lbs worth of weight loss between these photos?

6 months after the first photo (Dec β€˜22), I started a new medication that suppressed my appetite and caused unintentional (though welcome) weight loss. I started going to the gym frequently in the summer of 2023 and have been off/on since the beginning of the new year. I’ve made more of an effort the past 2 months but I’ve been feeling disheartened and comparing myself to last year’s body. I wanted to remind myself that any progress is progress! I’m proud of myself for the work I’ve put in the past 2 years, all in all (& you should be too!!!!). Excited to see where I’ll be in the next 2 years!!!!

I just thought I'd share my weight loss progress so far. At the end of August I went onto a 1200 calorie diet and made sure to do a minimum of 12'000 steps a day by walking with my sons 30kg weighted pushchair in tow. I have also started trampolining and swimming. I cut out cheese, butter, bread, chocolate, cereal and Mayo from my diet. I'm currently at the point where I'd like to get a flat stomach but I don't want to lose anymore weight. I'd like to start toning up so I'm currently writing out a 1500 cal Meal plan with lots of protein. Hopefully going to incorporate strength training and more cardio. If anybody has any tips or opinions it's more than welcome. I'm 27 years old and a vegetarian. I'm 152cm 5ft' tall. I have autoimmune arthritis which makes high impact exercise difficult. I had a c section 3 years ago which I'm not sure if that's making it difficult to get a flatter stomach.

Somehow grew 5 extra inches of legs. Probably ~150lbs in the first photo from last year, 125lbs in the second taken today. Tracking CICO since January '24 eating 1300-1500 a day since, but have been weight lifting 2-3x a week since Nov '22 and jump roping for cardio.

Isn't weight loss supposed to be more visible on shorter people? I feel like there's no visible difference :/ This isn't the end yet, I want to be 115 like I used to be, but it feels like I'm making no real progress. Doing intermittent fasting

Hello everyone 😍 I am so glad I found this sub. You are all so wonderful and encouraging. I started my journey in the beginning of this month and I feel so much better, I dont know if there is any visible difference. But the scale is NOOOOOT moving πŸ˜€ it is so frustrating. Btw, inositol has become my best friend, I am struggling with extreme hunger including shaking and dizziness after only 2-3 hours after eating and inositol has been helping me a lot with this πŸ™‚

I know this isn’t the most dramatic before and after but I happened to find a picture from a little over a year ago and felt pleased with my progress! I have always been an active gym goer so my activity levels did not change. The main change for me was stopping hormonal birth control which was causing me to binge eat and generally overeat. At my heaviest point I weighed 59.9kg but I don’t have any pictures of me then. I eat around 1600-1700cals daily and aim to hit 100g of protein. If I I have an event I eat whatever I want without restriction. I also eat without restriction the week before my period (IYKYK πŸ™ˆ). I lift 4 times a week, Spin, HIIT and yoga each once a week. I think I would like to lose a further 2-2.5kg but we will see!
