thanks so much:) i ate at 1200 calorie deficit very consistently for the last 6 months, and started doing yoga and pilates weekly, and walking minimum 10k steps a day - i started losing weight 1.5 yr ago (started at 190!) but majority of the weight i’ve lost over the past 6 months. i also eat vegan and largely whole food plant based!

I am slowly working my way up, and am now at 1300 and working my way up by 50 cals each week, to hopefully hit my maintenance point so i can figure out where that is at :) I hope I can eat at least 1500-1700 cals and maintain!

Working your way up from 1300lbs might be a bad decision.

Negative underwear makes a bralette with a wide hole in the middle. Perfect for these types of tops and dresses. Super comfy too. But pricey.
