"Please hit me dad!" Don't worry Mark in a few episodes you won't even have to ask Nolan to do that.

Yeah, mark needs to heal a lot and it’s only 8 episodes. And they have to pay of some more stuff than just the big reveal.

My guess is the season finishes with bug planet

If IMDB is to believed, they’ve cast someone to voice Oliver already. So yeah I think they’ll get to bug planet.

Wait really? I didn't think it would get that far, that's pretty sweet.

Does this give us any insight into the pace? How many seasons would it take to cover the 144 comic issues?

Oliver was introduced around issue 24 I think. So if he’s in season 1, I’d estimate about 5 or 6 seasons. But they could very well add plots or remove plots. Hard to say

Feel like that fight would be good for a season finale. Don't want them to rush to it, the can always do some other story arcs before that happens, they're already remixing a few things. Just can't think of a better way to end the season.

season finale? even though they've covered 5 issues in 3 episodes? I think not. they'll most likely reach issue 15-20, or at least bits of it, by the end, so I'm fully expecting that battle to be episode 4 or 5

I hope you're wrong. But we'll see. Idk why people think they're going to follow the comics to a T.
