Rex! His comic design was already great but the show overall just gives him a completely different energy. According to the art book they wanted him to be as different as possible to mark design-wise which is why he has visors instead of goggles in the show

I didn’t remember until I went back to the comics and wow, I really did not like the goggles. The visor just works better.
