How well would the original guardians fair against battle beast? COMIC SPOILERS

Depends how they fight. In the omniman fight they held back and didn’t have a plan - and died because of it. If they actually used any kind of strategy with Battle Beast, then maybe. Green Ghost’s power is busted so she could incapacitate him pretty easily solo - assuming she uses her powers right. Red rush focuses defensive, keeps everyone alive, all evens out pretty well.

Realistically though they wouldn’t fight as a team and would get picked off one by one.

Guardians either die 1 or 2 before Battle Beast left because there's no honor in killing insect.

Or they all die if they teamed up and reached non insect level.
