I think it's kinda implied all the the other Marks are stronger because the main reason our Mark is different is because he was raised by Debbie which only happened because he got his powers late. If the other Marks got their earlier they've had more time to train.

I’m not trying to be rude, but where in the world are you getting that?

In the show, we know next to nothing about Mark’s in any other universe. The only thing we know about alternate Debbies is Angstrom yelling at her “you think you’re innocent? Do you know how many universes you’ve joined them in?”

If anything, the only evidence we actually have in the show completely dismisses this theory.

So what? Debbie says she raised Mark to be good. She says Nolan was never around. In s1 she says "it used to be you and me, now it's you and him." The show definitely wants us to come away thinking Debbie is the difference.

For all we know she only joins them under duress.
