I think it's kinda implied all the the other Marks are stronger because the main reason our Mark is different is because he was raised by Debbie which only happened because he got his powers late. If the other Marks got their earlier they've had more time to train.

I’d assume these Marks would be weaker since they teamed up with OmniMan. Viltrimites get stronger the more they push themselves. These Marks would never push themselves since they just kill civilians and other heroes less strong than them. Mark prime is fighting other Viltrimites and shit. His potential is far higher

They get stronger the same way we do, pushing ourselves and exercising. They just recover much faster and can push themselves much further.
