Could any character in the show survive a hydrogen bomb or nuclear bomb? COMIC SPOILERS

I think Viltrumites have a chance only thing is the high sound emitted from the nuclear bomb would hurt them right? For Immortal he could probably survive a nuke with some burns but hydrogen bomb might take him out for good

Omni-Man can easily survive the gravitational pull of a black hole, I think he’s fine

That's not evidence of anything, considering he didn't pass the event horizon.

I think the gravity was pretty high already

One of his superpowers negates the effect gravity has on him.

I don’t think it does? In the little bit we saw of them on the Ragnar planet they were unable to fly as effectively because the gravity was considerably higher. I think they can just exert some very strong force on themselves, but it doesn’t seem like exactly gravity negation. I might be wrong and I may have misinterpreted that scene though

They can "create their own gravity" afaik

Iirc it was “create their own leverage” to explain that they don’t need to push off the ground in order to fly, they can just go in a direction. But they still need to exert effort for that.

Ah I see, very cool!

sort of? I think he's just applying a force upwards with his flying powers, so he can be pulled in by high gravities

Negates gravity? No he still struggles to get off the planet with Ragnars? I forgot what they were called

That's not how Viltrumite flying works.

Depends how far away he was from it. If the Sun turned into a black hole we would still orbit in the exact same path.

Yeah, sure but if he gets too close or the black hole is too strong he would get sucked but I don't know if he would survive at some point

You know my issue is trying to involve science for a comic book character. Honestly shouldn’t be surprised if he can resist that much gravity.

Yeah sure but you know, tecnically he was trying to kill himself with the back hole and the gravity there is pretty strong so I think the mkst probable option is that viltrumites can die by black holes

The radiation coming out of a black hole is astounding, both in magnitude and energy.
