I hope they don't minimize Zachary Quinto voicing Robot in the later parts, His voice fits so well and he's who I heard in my head when reading the comics.

I think they'll probably use Zachary while on armor and Jason out of armor

They’ll definitely need Zachary around to deliver those tonal lines for when Robot does things like murder Cecil, betray Mark, and eliminate the other heroes when he dons his black armor.
