Great joke but I feel it’d work better in a show with generally good animation. Cause like we get all this without the particularly special fight scenes.

The fight scene after with the octopus was so bad that it felt reallyyy weird having it directly after that.

Yeah I was honestly kind of insulted after they had that fight directly follow them saying “we use most of our time to make fight scenes look good!”

Granted, there was better animation later in the episode. But to have it be the fight to directly follow the joke left a bit of a bad taste.

They left out the part that they sacrifice quality in other fight scenes for the more important ones as well lol.

Rex's "explosion" tubes can't disappearing and re-appearing on his body too after he "ran out."

I’m hoping the animation budget they saved will pay off in the last episode.
