Anyone else annoyed they changed this? COMIC SPOILERS

Post image

Amazon primes doesn’t allow screenshots so I’ll just use this basic pic, but is anyone else annoyed Rae survived? Because if she survives, that means everyone survived the battle. Let at least 1 death from that fight be permanent.

How is she breathing while in his body? Not only was she chewed and then we heard her screaming and bones cracking. The lizard guy was fine enough to continue fighting and winning which wouldn’t make much sense if he had terrible internal injuries

You dont always feel internal bleeding and this guy has crazy durability. And once his head got blown off, probably enough oxygen entered to keep Rae alive long enough for her to exit back out.

All of this contrived circumstances have to happen just for her to miraculously survive being chewed, swallowed into stomach acid, crushed and deprived of oxygen for what? What possible purpose are they going to use this character for to excuse her somehow surviving that and making the audience feel that death isn’t really permanent. The decision here just really dosent make sense to me.

How about you wait to see what this leads to instead of having a tantrum over it?

I will. That dosent change what it already did by undercutting and making the last episode lose any tension. It’s fine though, I’ll just go reread the comics again anyways.

They didnt lose any tention, Kate is still dead to anyone who doesnt know what happens with her in the comics and Rex lost his hand on the way to redemption. Rae looks half shrunk in the hospital meaning this near death experience will greatly affect her character and superpowers. This isnt the last battle in the series either, calm down.

I highly doubt they can pull off something interesting enough they would rather focus on than the struggle between the Viltrum empire and the Coalition of Planets

I know where this story is going and Rae is utter fodder compared to literally everything that comes next

How about not being an asshole and letting people have opinions?
