Wasn’t expecting Shrinking Rae to still be alive. Curious if she’ll get back to strength or if she’ll eventually die from her injuries to provide an extra motivator later on for Rex and the rest of the team.

That's.... A really good point. Last we saw, she was still in her 'shrunken' state after extraction and now a coma.

Fair chance she could be stuck in that state now (tiny Rae) and be unable to change size again. Would bring back so of the emotional weight of her 'death', showing the toll the superhero life takes

I thought she got bigger again when she got out of the stomach when it got pushed out of Komodo's corpse.

True, comparing her size to his neck she looks to be the size of a doll or such when she collapses. Still much smaller than usual, who knows how her powers work

Yeah it's hard to tell if she's still partially small or just lost parts/limbs from the vore

I think its just perspective in the scene shes probably full size, it'd be weird to have 4 people looking at a pod from another room thats smaller than their hands

What if the size she can change to shifted, like she can get even smaller now. Like subatomic and shit. She could return later in a moment of need

I doubt she retires. One of the big problems this show has is that it doesn’t have enough heroes. They threw in a couple of generic hero designs for the fight with Omnipotus, but they don’t have the roster of Image characters to work with.

I hope they don’t kill her off immediately or make her retire off screen. It’s bad enough they did a fake out, if there’s no sort of character development on top of it, it was all meaningless imo

Aye. I thought the Invincible writers were above fake outs. Three dead turns into one dead - Rex surviving was actually done well - but I can't help but feel that Rae dying would have been more impactful and assisted further in the character development of Rex, having 'shot-gunned' squad lead, and then had his two team mates die in front of him.
