Ah but in a more serious tone, its curious how one of them struggles with finding the right word. He says 'cares' but I think what he needed is the world 'love'.

This part doesn't make sense to me, unless I'm missing something from the comics:

Shouldn't Anissa be a chance to create more pure blood Viltrumites? Why should she partner with humans?

If anything every female Viltrumite would be impregnated first before moving on to humans on Earth, and she would be discouraged from mingling with humans, exclusively reserved for them to secure as many pure bloods as possible.
