They definitely address it. Sure, he doesn’t have lifelong PTSD, but I’m a little shocked at people saying it was just discounted. It was a serious plot point, and requires serious reconciliation gestures from his rapist later in the comic.

He definitely did not get over it wtf. He's comes to grips by the end of series literally for his bastard child. He was visibly uncomfortable anytime it almost comes up around his dad.
