What I find funnier is the fact that extreme violence, blood and gore is not a problem but a little sexy scene needs to be cut away as quickly as possible.

I mean, they were clearly doing it for the sake of a gag. The show isn't incredibly sexually graphic or anything, but up to this point it's been pretty frank about the subject.
