Wasn’t the whole point with Angstrom Levy that any time Mark snapped and became evil in a world it was because something happened to Eve? So what gives here.

Pretty much, Mark gets his powers at a younger age, making it much easier for Nolan to manipulate him, in many of those timelines he even steals Mark away and raises him by himself.

I do hope they alude to the thing with Eve tho at some point this season as it sets up their relationship a lot later on.

If it’s not this, it’ll be something equally romantic or better tbh so I’m not really worried.

Timeline wise him and Amber should be breaking up this season.

Unsure of what you mean. Have you read the comics? They break up shortly after starting college

I have read them. Doesn’t mean they’re going to follow it.

The end game will always be Eve.

That’s the point lol.

It might’ve been then, it might not be now. I have zero confidence that they’ll play it like the comics, I’m telling you, he ain’t ditching amber in the show.

My guy, they make some changes to the comic, they're not getting rid of the entire back half of the series, Mark going to take Amber to live in space?

That's just stupid. They'd have to rework pretty much anything from Conquest onwards.

I mean them breaking up is an eventuality but okay

I’m just saying. It might not be, don’t get me wrong here, I want him with eve. I’ve just got this feeling it ain’t happening, in favour of him staying with amber instead.

He couldn’t have his daughter or live forever with his family if he doesn’t get together with Eve, I think that would basically make it a different story.
