Yes, that's Dom Barrett who still bowls on the PBA Tour. To my knowledge, nobody (especially a pro), has degloved a finger whilst bowling.

My dad lost part of his finger while bowling. He wasn't mid swing, but rather reaching into the ball dispenser because he thought his ball was stuck. He also still bowls to this day, but his career in reaching into dispensers sadly came to an end that day.
