Not if you want to change the salary.

You can change the salary on a contract extension lol. You're eligible to go up 140% from the previous contract. The actual reason he's not eligible is because he's only on the first year of a two year deal - you have to be on the second year of a 3 or more year contract.

I'm not that knowledgeable lol, I normally forget how most of the nuanced rules work. Only reason I knew that one was because I specifically Googled it earlier to see if he was eligible.

Wouldn't we want to pay him less than his contract? Instead of a pay raise. I figured that's why we did it this way
