YouTube’s CEO Chad Hurley wanted YouTube to be independent but believed working with Google would bring new opportunities. Instead of offering 1.65 billion dollars Google only offered $300 million which was rejected due to YouTube’s advertisement base model gaining them $15 million per month and the rampant growth they were gaining. In 2007 Viacom still sued YouTube for a billion dollars like in real life but without the protection of Google, The YouTube company collapsed leaving the website to be abandoned until the expiration of the domain expired ending YouTube.

This scenario is likely very inaccurate and includes a ton of "IF this happened..." scenarios. Obviously the scenario depicted here is one where all put nuclear Armageddon didn't ensue, although a few nukes were launched towards the end. I am aware that in real life, wwiii would likely be a lot shorter as Russia, China, etc would likely get flattened by NATO and it's allies a lot quicker, although in this scenario, I decided to say that NATO was very hesitant to go all in for the first few years due to Russia threatening constant nuclear annihilation if anybody escalates, similar to how they do today, hence why the war ends up taking 7 years. The only scenario I could think of where Putin doesn't immediately launch all nukes at NATO once he's losing (this is going to sound extremely Hollywood but there's not many scenarios you can make where world war iii doesn't end with everyone losing in a nuclear war so just hear me out) is that NATO had moles high up in the Russian and Chinese militaries that sabotaged majority of their ICBMs (once again sounds like something out of a corny action movie but its the only way i could come up with where both sides dont destroy the earth completely with nukes 🤷🏽‍♂️) and once they do so, that is when they will fully move in and begun going all out, at which point the war ends relatively quickly. The ginormous amount of civilian casualties on the Allied side is from Putin, North Korea, etc taking what few icbms are operational remaining and launching them at population centers out of pure spite, for example, seoul, Kyiv, Los Angeles, etc.
