I don't really believe in that aligator part and whole that story can be made up with an already domesticated racoon, but tbh I didn't know till today that they are so cute 🙈

Lil girl looked super mad. The glare. She's probably so sick of her mom or dad filming. It's really cute, don't get me wrong, but kids first, no?

I grew up in the country. Baby raccoons as pets happened occasionally. People would “find” a baby and raise them in the house. My understanding is as they reached adulthood (puberty?) they would tend to become more feral and would be euthanized. Then the family would wait until the next spring and “find” a new one.
