Dude it's nonsensical ranting without any through-line to actually connect the two issues. Just because we can understand what he was trying to get at doesn't mean he said anything even remotely comprehensible w/o additional context. Imagine how that response looks to an average american. They won't even know what the fuck he's talking about.
