They should put the rules they agreed upon on screen before it starts, and go over the rules verbally as well. Have them confirm on the spot.

I wonder what they'll do if Trump refuses once he's already on stage.

If he does no matter what they do at that point he wins.

If that happens, honestly, I hope they kind of taunt him. Ask him, "What? Are you afraid you can't be succinct?" Etc.

In reality, I doubt this would happen.
