Minnesota was the first state to send soldiers to fight in the Civil War, yet you’ll see Confederate flags in the rural parts of the state

Actual history doesn’t matter to dipshits

I grew up in a rural area outside of Ottawa, Ontario (the capital of Canada), and people flew the Confederate flag out there too. It's just a symbol of racism

Same thing here in Oakville, Ontario.

There's some old fuck who drives around on his mobility scooter here in London (Canada) with a confederate flag.

I’d never understand people flying the confederate flags in any context but I especially will never understand it when I see it up here. Just straight up deplorable behavior

Lets just say it's literally every state instead of taking turns naming them one by one, lol.

Same in Ohio. We produced Grant and Sherman, and sent 300,000 troops to fight. But go anywhere outside the metro areas and all you'll find are idiots who act like dispossessed plantation owners.

What is it? Convince someone they are above another group of people and they'll let you pick their pocket? Ah I'm butchering it, one sec.

"If you can convince the lowest white man he's better than the best colored man, he won't notice you're picking his pocket. Hell, give him somebody to look down on, and he'll empty his pockets for you." -LBJ
