Joe Biden has a lot of pride and genuinely doesn't like Trump

I think this was a lot of his problem tonight: his rage for Trump was visually palpable - not a good look for a CiC - and I believe it interfered with his train of thought. I’ve seen him speak much more cogently and equally ad hoc on a number of occasions and he did much better, respectable for his age even. But he’s let Trump get under his skin and it hindered his performance.

Really? I felt he was most coherent when he was angry at Trump. Especially when he attacked Trump for insulting soldiers, as he said; it was the first words he got out that weren’t strained and hidden behind flubs
