GDA ops priority list (for ranking up) by The Invincibles General

New and updated tier list of GDA ops, giving an overview of how to prioritise ranking them up.

An adjustment to the list was needed after the recent patch that impacted the rewards and timings of GDA ops.

Assuming you won't be logged in enough to constantly refresh RR and TUTH I'd prioritize TGATG and EWA more highly. They give rewards you don't get from any other op that provide another way to strengthen your heroes and would cost a lot of gold to get from the equipment shop. Everyone Who's Anyone should definitely be raised to at least rank 6 despite the relatively high amount of green cards it takes, as that rank will double the amount of artifact fragments and xp it gives.

Fr. The way they calculate what op to do is seriously flayed. EWA is criminally underrated in this stat. They just go by what their conversion rates would be, not true value or based off of gameplay. Just conversion numbers 🤦

I personally think EWA is the worst one by far and shouldn't be done. It gives so little reward for the amount of time, even 12h

Just got 10 artifact xp mat, from my last run, and already 8 new ones waiting for me in the current one.

Don't know at which rate you get them from the shop, but EWA is definitely the way to get artifact xp since the balance ....

Exactly. And keep the spread according to the priority list. Like don’t totally disregard This Is Heavy for the sake for of Downtown Destruction and Train & Gain

I don't have enough characters to focus on this. I have two teams of lvl 200-220 that I put in the temporary events and whatever is left, is all lvl 1 that I put in the other ops randomly

I had the same problems with the event missions occupying my A and B team. Pretty annoying, I feel ya :D I figured that the rewards for the event ops are given at 100, 150, 200 and so on… So I took out one hero out of the main teams at a time, testing if they would still reach a good milestone and use the character to run in the other ops

Does that make a big difference? Just seemed like a waste of xp if I'm just using them as fodder eventually

Ok a question what about for the sake of unlocking the others? I still have to unlock the last 2 so should I rank up the ones I need to unlock them then go via priority?

For new players who haven’t even unlocked all of the ops it doesn’t matter much yet. Just avoid running GatG and EwA. But when you reached rank 7-8 on all your GDA ops it’s time to prioritise and then this graph applies.

School’s Out is (currently) capped at wave 101. It has several pay-out waves where new rewards are being calculated, with the most profitable one being wave 91. If you can't hit wave 91, it's not worth using your tickets yet.

Also the general strategy is to stash them until there's a major event with missions/rewards for recruiting heroes. Getting heroes from School's Out counts towards those recruitment missions, so you can heavily boost the value you get from those events.

I'm assuming School's Out doesn't need to be on the list because it's only 15mins and isn't run regularly/constantly like the others.

Whenever I have currency, I just run my A team. Then get back to the grind.

Reaniman Rampage still gives me terrible rewards after the update. Still seems like a pretty big waste to run it compared to TutH

Downtown Destruction and Train and gain was important the first 2 weeks of my play. Now I have 80 days of play and at a week 3 it has started to pile up xero xp and xero special xp. It's definetly the least needed for me. Over a week ago I even have stopped starting up train and gain. I can't stress out how much more benefits and value I'm getting out of Tourning up the heat and I'm extremely happy it was the GDA OP I have invested the most from the beggining

We did some calculation with using the pink/blueXP to gold ratio from the shop. And when comparing Turning up the Heat to the new Reanimen Rampage the payout is much less, even when Reanimen Rampage is 4-5 ranks lower. In the future you will definitely be in the need for blue XP again (since it’s the one thing gatekeeping veterans from leveling their high ranked heroes atm) just as a friendly advice, maybe don’t put all your effort in Turning up the Heat and consider switching to Reanimen Rampage.

I have to point out that after ~3-4 weeks I have stopped buying pink/blueXP from the shop so whathever I get from Reanimen Rampage is good enough for me.

Furthermore, few of the last special events where rewarding us with pink/blueXP so the need for it has dropped for me to non existing lvl.

I'm using every single slot for a character in GDA Ops with at least lvl 119 (up to 300) with average of 159. I really, really have no more ways to spend it. I regret not slowing down on pink/blueXP sooner.

Turning up the heat rank 16 wave 62-67:

~330k gold

~50k green card

10 min

Reanimen Rampage rank 14 wave 110-117:

~ 75k gold

~ 65k green card

30 min

(resources numbers are so random, Turning up the heat green cards can vary from 100 to 0)

The thing with putting one GDA OP higher in priority over the other has to be made in some context. I wouldn't recomend using it for everyone and I don't belive it acctually makes sense to make suggestions without any explenation.

Presented on the image make sense for someone with low activity (loging in 2-3 times a day). I'm definetly having way more benefits not piling up resources that I don't need for the present time.

The acvhievemnt page says that I have played 4969 ops so I have tested few things around and I can say that It's not "the wrong ranking" but I wouldn't call it good either. Not for an active player with min/maxing in his heart.

Does "target wave 500" mean, don't rank up the Op until you can reach 500+?

Ranking up ops has only a very marginal effect on the difficulty. „target wave“ means to adjust your teams accordingly to reach 500 for an optimised payout if possible.

I would rank higher TGATG, it takes the same amount of time and gives gear which is better than the rewards in RR

In my experience, This is heavy is the worst out of all of these. It takes 8 hours just to give me the almost the same amount of resources as I get from playing Turning up the heat 4 times

This is outdated turning up the heat goes up one and so does everyone who’s anyone. i heard once you get EwA lvl 10+ its gas so if it is 10+ it might go higher Reanimen at 30 mins and guarding the globe the worst by far imo

We were thinking the same at first, but after the new patch dropped this week we did a recalculation and it turns out when playing actively RR outperforms TUTH by a threefold.

Please don’t take offense to this, but this is just a snap-shot of your current situation. I understand that you are currently in need of credits. But in the long-term you will be gatekept by pink/blue XP again, multiple times. Especially with the release of new characters and when ranking up your teams. That‘s the general consensus of the veteran players in our evaluation team.

I'll strongly second this. While there is absolutely value in farming other resources (thinking artifacts particuarly) the biggest walls that I've hit several times are blue/red xp. Red 1st, but since then its been blue. Just so expensive to rank up at the higher levels, especially exceptional+ and beyond.

I like your photoshop skills but you are missleading new players with this. In order to max your eq shop, you need gold. With gold you can buy eq and upgrade your hero equipement.

We are not misleading new players. If you read the notes at the bottom it specifically tells new players to opt for TUTH when they are still leveling up their equipment shop

A month ago I was able to hit above wave 110 in Turning up the heat. They are tinkering around the game since I started playing. Game developers since then provided us with a new way to gain resources through new events and achievements. I don't understand why you are assuming that with the release of new characters there will be no way to compensate lack of resources to upgrade them.

I have to agree with Colazerocukr. You are missleading new players with these iconographics.

The problem with this calculations is that you put the same value to all resources and I don't see how that's true to someone who cant spent hero xp and hero special xp.

We had quite a few pre-global veterans in our team and the general consensus was that you will always have blue and pink XP gatekeeping you in the future, especially with the release of new characters and ranking up your characters. The maximum rank was even increased to Omnipotent 100-stars. Therefor we are very confident with our calculations, especially when thinking long-term and not short-term on a day-to-day resource farming basis.

Wouldn't it make more sense to max out this is heavy before starting to rank up rest ?

The problem with that is that you would overfarm on green currency then and would have no need for this resource anymore while your characters are starving for blue/pink XP. Unless there is plans in the roadmap to add more GDA ops or increase their maximum ranks it’s best not to over-prioritise This Is Heavy.
