New player. Looking for an Alliance. Alliance

I’m hoping to find an alliance to join, or people willing to join mine. I just started this game, so new players would probably be more ideal, for everyone involved, to link up with. I’m still learning the game, at this time I really don’t care about power levels or hyper activity from other members. As it sits right now I’m alone in my own alliance, so something is better than nothing, I’d imagine.

Any help on this would be really appreciated.
