Alliance bugged? Glitches

As of a few days ago, 90% of the time I go to my alliance tab, it bugs out. All enemies disappear and combat stops. If I click on "member management," the UI bugs out and the game locks up, forcing me to close the app entirely.

Anyone seen this issue before?

I'm having the same issue and came here hoping for help lol. I also was tapping around on the screen hoping something would work and got a notification that my chat was blocked for the next -739,057 days due to toxic behavior. I haven't sent a message since I joined this alliance since it doesn't load, but maybe in about 2024 years I'll be able to message my alliance lol

I had that happen awhile ago and deleting and redownloading the app fixed it

Well, that was my first idea after posting this.

Unfortunately, it broke the game. Now I think I'm desynced. When I install and run the game, it tells me I need to restart and update to restore my previous progress, but it just takes me to the play store where there is no update. Starting the game up again takes me to the same screen, so I'm stuck in a loop.

I submitted a support ticket, and hopefully they can fix it, otherwise I'm fucked.

Damn, I’m really sorry to hear that. I’d be pretty upset. Do you have an iPad or anything you could try to login on ?

Nah,, no other devices, unless I can run it on PC somehow. They did get back to me a bit ago and said they are working on a solution. They said they'd push out a hotfix soon, and that I should just startup the game once in a while to see if they've fixed it yet.

So all I can do is wait and cross my fingers.
