I'm at rank 18, insane how many resources it costs to reach rank 19 and 20.

What are the ranks of your other ops? Did you aggressively prioritize this is heavy or work on everything?

I did only focus on this is heavy, all my other ops are on rank 10

They've concentrated on that GDA and haven't ranked up any others over rank 10

Ok, but why? Is there a list of rewards in the Ops? I saw the tier list but it doesn’t explain the best minimum level…

Oh, ok. I thought it was something like “the optimal level for this op is 20”.

The optimal level for all of them is 20, but it takes ages to level them up.

Getting this one to max first will get all of your others to max faster.

Good, because it's a slog.

But the "beauty" of this game is exactly this for me: I was blocked in the campaign for like 2/3 weeks, then I developed my characters enough and I finished that level plus 20 more.
