Not practical as a shopping cart, but it could make grocery shopping a whole lot more fun!

It's obviously an attempt to hide it so it doesn't get stolen if I was walking by quickly I probably wouldn't notice it

I parked it in a cart corral to keep it from getting hit. They must have brought it inside.
